Alexander Sporn studied law at the University of Vienna, followed by doctoral studies and, after several years of professional experience as a lawyer, completed post graduate studies in European business law at the Danube University Krems.
Alexander Sporn mainly advises traditional Austrian companies as well as spun-off public entities on a broad range of legal issues and problems, with a (predominantly) holistic approach. In recent years, Alexander Sporn has also turned his passion for Austrian theater and contemporary art into a professional career. He not only advises renowned art galleries on legal matters, but also enthusiastically exercises his function as a member of the supervisory board of Burgtheater GmbH.
Alexander Sporn sees his clients and himself as a team, which, supported by mutual respect and mutual trust, seeks to achieve the desired goals together. From this understanding, predominantly long-standing client relationships have developed, which see the lawyer not only as a professional advisor, but beyond that (also) as a contact person (as an advocate) in far-reaching matters of trust; an approach that has fallen into oblivion in the immensely fast-moving times.
